C. O. REGY

Telgran from the Governor of Hong Kong to the Secretary of State

for the Colonies,

Dated the 17th April, 1935 Received 7.17 a.m. 17th April, 1935.

No.89 Confidential.

(13)

Your telegram No.45 Confidential. No facilities

should be granted to Johnson but it is doubtful if she could be

prevented from entering Hong Kong if her passport is inforder It is most undesirable that she should proceed until divorce

has been effected and she should be strongly urged not to come

at all as prospects of future happiness in cases of this kind

are extremely problematical.
